Limited Tickets per Chef and available on a first come basis. Tickets will be emailed and must be printed and presented at both venues. Tickets list Chef, dish, directions to both the presenting home and the after event. A list of the silent auction items will also be mailed to you.

MENU CHANGE– Regina Castellano/Chatham Wine Bar – Crab stuffed sole with a lemon thyme beurre blanc.
Jason Montigel/Clean Slate – Sous vide hanger steak with seasonal vegetables.
Doug Ramler/Cape Sea Grille – Seared Chatham scallops with romesco, arugula and preserved lemon yogurt.
SOLD OUT – Jonathan Haffmans/VERs – Beef tenderloin carpaccio with baby arugula, toasted pine nuts, lardons and warm apple
The Art of Cooking is a food and wine tasting celebration featuring a slate of acclaimed Cape Cod Chefs in 6 beautiful Orleans kitchens, a dessert and bubbly reception at the Church of the Holy Spirit and a silent auction featuring an array of exciting items to bid on…including New Years Eve Dinner for two at the Chatham Wine Bar, stay in a Boston apartment, painting by a well know artist, five course Italian dinner for six and much much more.
The pastries will be prepared by Kevin Case of VERS and Becky Homer of Nauset Farms Catering & Bakery
Main Street Wine & Gourmet will provide the wine pairings and the reception bubbly.
